That's 0.5% which is 50x stronger than the Clorox stuff. Change the 1 C bleach to 1 teaspoon and 1C vinegar to 1 teaspoon and it'll be a lot closer. No wonder it's safe to use. It has less chlorine in than a pool. So, $3.49 for water with a splash of vinegar and bleach? Not for me thanks. BTW, that 99.9% "germ" killing only includes bacteria and then only on hard, non-porous surfaces that you keep wet for two full minutes. This gives a 5000 ppm solution according to the site.
